Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days) at support@essentiallyarabia.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Essentially Arabia reserves the right to decide on all matters relating to refund claims including but not limited to product damage. Once a refund is approved, we will notify you and initiate the refund only through the original mode of payment.

For cash on delivery orders, we will send a credit note of equal value that can be used for future purchases. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.

Cancellation

Please note that as per our shipping policy, our orders are shipped within 1-3 days of placing the order (except in cases of bulk orders for which our customer success team will contact you). We except cancellations only within 3 days from placing the order. If you have placed the order and wish to cancel the order, please write to us at support@essentiallyarabia.com.
