What are the ingredients in your products?

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. However, they can be used on pet animals as well as larger animals. 

Do you offer samples or testers?

Currently, we do not offer samples or testers. However, we believe that you will love our Mists just as much as everyone else. Do contact us if you need help with our products. 

How do I choose the right product for my skin/hair type?

How should I store and use the products for best results?

It is best if you store used Hydro Mists in a cool and dark place. For an extra boost of refreshment, store them in the fridge. Our products come in violett glas bottles that naturally extend the shelf-life. 

What if I experience an allergic reaction or irritation from a product?

As with all natural products, allergic reactions can happen. It is very rare but to be 100% sure that your body is comfortable with out products, you can perform a patch test. Apply a small amount of the product near your elbow and wait for 24h to see if there is an allergic reaction. 

What is the shelf-life of your beauty products?

Our products are 100% natural and without any additives or chemicals. This means that the shelf-life is shorter compared to chemical beauty products. With ideal storage conditions, they can last well over 2 years. 

Are there any ongoing promotions or loyalty programs?

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to GCC countries as well as Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt. Do contact us at support@essentiallyarabia.com if you like to purchase our products from different countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?
